How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who reaches out to Stonelesson Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Stonelesson Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still let us know. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Stonelesson Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@stonelesson.homes and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and the outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your message arrived, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
